Neha is currently the Vice President of Production Optimization at ChampionX, where she leads the strategy and execution for wellsite automation and optimization software businesses. Neha has more than 15 years of global oilfield services experience, including operations, sales, and product management.

She held field service and sales manager positions at Schlumberger, before joining Halliburton in 2015, where her roles ranged from fiber-optics analytics development team lead to product line manager for fracture monitoring technologies, and then general manager for the Pinnacle division.

Neha holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology. She has also successfully completed the Global Energy Leadership Program at Rice University, as well as Business Leadership Development programs at Texas A&M Mays School of Business.
