Lucy Romeo is a geospatial research scientist contracted with NETL. Over the past 8 years, Lucy has worked on offshore fossil energy projects including worst case oil spill simulation and risk evaluations. She has helped develop several online analytical platforms built for regulatory industries and her work and oil spill impact assessment tools have received a 2019 R&D 100 award. Lucy currently co-PI on this project forecasting the longevity and risk assosicated with platforms in the Gulf of Mexico.
